What we collect
The quote form collects your name, telephone number, email address (optional), postcode, the service you selected, and anything you type into the message box.
What we do with it
Your details are used to arrange your quote and nothing else. The enquiry is passed to one independent local heat pump contractor covering your postcode, who then contacts you about that enquiry. Depending on the arrangement in place at the time, that business either pays a fee for the enquiry or rents this website and receives its enquiries directly. Either way the details go to a single business: they are not sold to multiple companies, added to marketing lists, or shared with anyone else.
Legal basis
Contract, meaning steps taken at your request before a contract is entered into, for handling the enquiry itself. Legitimate interests for site security and aggregated, non-identifying measurement of how the site is used.
Analytics and cookies
Measurement is cookieless: page views are counted in aggregate, individuals are not tracked, and no advertising cookies are set.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so follow-ups and disputes can be dealt with, then deleted.
